Job summary

Stretch Zone in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience practitioner‑assisted stretching while leading a high‑performing team. You’ll open the studio, greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort.

You will coach up to five Sales Associates, manage the schedule, answer phones, and pursue daily and monthly goals.

Qualifications

Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

Open studio and ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.
Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort.
Lead and coach up to five Sales Associates; manage schedule and phones.
Support membership sales by communicating the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
Track KPIs and ensure daily and monthly goals; resolve member questions professionally.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
