Heyrowan's Rowan ear piercing studio in Walnut Creek seeks a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Lead a small team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales targets, manage inventory, scheduling, and training, while coordinating with corporate on marketing and events. The role requires 3–5 years retail leadership, a passion for service, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; loves being on a selling floor with your team.
• Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using technology, software systems, and POS.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, piercing a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills, including basic retail math, inventory calculations, and sales tracking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a warm, celebratory atmosphere.
• Lead on-floor sales with your team and model service.
• Help customers choose and style earrings with Rowan jewelry.
• Maintain clean, safe studio and ensure safety protocols.
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue growth.
• Schedule staff and manage time-off requests.
• Recruit for open studio positions.
• Oversee inventory management and POS compliance.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and financials.
• Coordinate with corporate teams on marketing launches.
