Job summary

The Rowan ear piercing studio at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh is seeking a proactive Studio Manager to lead daily operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive sales while upholding Rowan’s safety standards.

You will train and coach a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, manage inventory and POS, and partner with corporate marketing to execute store initiatives. A retail leadership track and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in service-oriented jewelry or beauty environments.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed, comfortable on the sales floor leading by example.
• Track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the studio team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and POS accuracy.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure health and safety procedures for piercing are followed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and brand-compliant studio environment.
• Recruit and schedule staff within payroll guidelines.
