Job summary

Heyrowan is seeking a Studio Manager for our Southpark Mall ear piercing studio in Charlotte, NC. You will lead daily operations, drive customer service excellence, manage a team of nurse piercers and sales associates, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering memorable customer experiences.

You will oversee inventory, training, scheduling, and performance metrics to meet sales targets and grow the brand.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience (3–5 years) in a service environment.
• Jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven track record of developing teams.
• Customer-focused with outstanding service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a warm, welcoming customer experience.
• Lead, coach and develop the studio team to meet service standards and targets.
• Drive inventory control, POS accuracy and loss prevention while maintaining brand standards.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with marketing and corporate teams on initiatives and product launches.
