Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead studio operations, coach teachers, and create an exceptional in-studio experience for the community. You will train a team of teachers and SET members, driving membership growth and ensuring a premium CorePower experience.

Expect 40+ hours weekly in-studio, with some weekend work, and a focus on meeting performance metrics and upholding Core Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all studio day-to-day operations and lead the teaching team.
• Recruit, train, and onboard staff to meet class count goals.
• Meet targets for membership, revenue, attendance, and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs to support recruitment and revenue.
