Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the Grand Boulevard ear-piercing studio, driving exceptional customer service, safety, and sales performance. You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards across the floor.

This role requires strong leadership, a customer-obsessed mindset, and the ability to maintain a welcoming, celebratory environment. The position is a full-time onsite role in Orlando, with a compensation range of $60,000–$70,000

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-focused with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of studio staff including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet studio sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards.
• Oversee inventory management and POS accuracy.
• Provide training and onboarding for new staff.
