Glowbar Inc. is recruiting a Studio Manager for our Philadelphia location. You’ll be the CEO of the studio, accountable for the team, client experience, and business results, building a culture that drives growth and brand excellence.

You’ll own the front desk part-time and manage operations, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development to achieve high margins and member growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive people management experience in a fast-paced service-based industry.
• Proven track record of operational and financial success, including driving studio margins and growth.
• Exceptional leadership presence with ability to hire, train, and develop teams.
• Management style balancing accountability with empathy for a positive, high-performance culture.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills fostering trust and collaboration.
• A strategic problem-solver who handles multiple priorities under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends; full-time, 7-day open availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk as hospitality guru for two full shifts per week plus daily lunch break coverage.
• Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Recruit, interview, and build a team reflecting Glowbar’s values and standards.
• Onboard and train new members, conduct performance shadows, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain studio culture with strong morale and proactive issue resolution.
• Manage studio labor and expenses to protect profitability.
• Champion Glowbar brand by building partnerships and lead generation in the market.
• Ensure all studio compliance standards are met (safety, cleanliness, brand).
