Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in Oakland, CA, seeks a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will recruit and train staff, drive membership growth, and ensure policy adherence, all while championing CorePower’s values.

You will work with the District Manager to optimize schedules and attendance, support new studio openings, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growing community and meeting KPIs.
• Works well cross functionally with diverse personalities and seniorities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Lead membership growth with local sales team and new studio openings.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, revenue, and attendance.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and SET to deliver excellent studio experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and through lifetime, ensuring profitability and culture.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, predominantly in-studio, with weekend work as needed.
