Job summary

Stretch Zone, Inc in Edmond, OK is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and drive membership growth while leading a high-performing team delivering practitioner-assisted stretching.

You will coach Sales Associates, manage staffing and schedules, answer phones, and ensure every member has a positive, personalized experience, aiming to hit daily and monthly targets with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure a caring atmosphere.
• Coach Sales Associates, manage the schedule, answer phones, and follow up on appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are hit.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day.

As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
