Job summary

HOTWORX Asheville is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our team and drive membership growth. You will coach staff, manage schedules, review sales metrics, and ensure high standards of service and accountability.

You will oversee daily operations, lead tours, handle follow-ups, and coordinate social media content to showcase the studio and programs. This hands-on role rewards performance with commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing, coaching, or leading employees.
• Proven sales experience and lead conversion ability.
• Comfortable reviewing performance statistics and using data to improve results.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, train, and onboard employees as needed.
• Create and maintain employee schedules; lead regular staff meetings.
• Coach, give feedback, and develop staff; monitor attendance and performance.
• Review sales and membership data; track progress toward goals and closing percentages.
• Lead follow-up activity, guest appointments, and conversions; address underperformance.
• Create action plans to improve team performance and growth.
• Maintain a social media content plan; ensure content is posted consistently.
• Coordinate photos/videos; align content with brand and studio culture.
