Job summary
SweatHouz is seeking a proactive Studio Manager or Senior Associate to lead membership sales and guest experience in our Charleston studio. You will work with the Studio Manager and team to meet sales goals, coach staff, and uphold SweatHouz standards of hospitality.
Experience in a spa or health/fitness facility, strong communication, organization, and a passion for customer service are essential. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- College degree required.
- 1 year+ of management experience, preferably in a spa/salon/fitness setting.
- 3–5 years of membership sales and customer service experience required.
- Strong leadership with coaching/mentoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service mindset and ability to make customers happy.
Responsibilities
- Sell memberships with the Studio Manager to hit studio sales goals.
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to SweatHouz clients.
- Lead and coach studio staff to deliver personable, client-oriented service.
- Maintain studio culture and assist in implementing policies for growth.
- Support studio purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
