Perspire Sauna Studio Providence Park in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead a new team under fresh ownership. The role focuses on creating a strong culture, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive studio performance, manage daily operations, and coach the team on sales and service goals. This is a hands-on leadership position working with guests and ensuring high standards while building a successful operation.

• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
