Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of Providence Park is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to join our leadership team in Charlotte, NC. You will partner with the Studio Manager to motivate the team, drive membership sales, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across four core areas: team, member, inventory, and facility management.

You will lead by example in sales performance, train and coach staff, and maintain daily operations while communicating updates and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Help implement standard operating procedures and hold Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants to daily expectations.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Serve as liaison between the Studio Manager and team, and communicate updates, offerings, events, and protocols in the Studio Manager's absence.
• Lead by example in membership sales, measured by conversion rate and sales performance.
• Stay visible and engaged with guests, delivering hospitable, consistent, and courteous service.
• Resolve guest complaints and membership issues professionally.
• Educate guests on the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy, and the value of membership.
• Ensure front desk systems are followed, including check-ins, phone inquiries, consent forms, tours, delinquent accounts, and new membership agreements (Mindbody experience a plus)
• Handle weekly and monthly inventory purchasing and processing
• Conduct and document daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure equipment and facility standards are met
