Perspire Sauna Studio of Virginia Highlands is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will help lead a team, manage daily operations, and promote the health and wellness benefits of infrared saunas.

You will train and coach staff, ensure SOPs are followed, and maintain inventory and facility standards while communicating updates and maintaining a positive, guest-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Studio Manager on SOP implementation, ensuring Membership Sales Associates and Studio Assistants maintain consistency.
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Promote Perspire as a great place to work with a team-first energy.
• Act as liaison between the Studio Manager and team members.
• Communicate updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols in the Manager’s absence.
• Lead the team with strong membership sales performance metrics.
• Maintain high visibility with guests and ensure hospitable service at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints or membership issues with high-level service.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire memberships.
• Understand and communicate the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.
• Ensure front desk systems are followed (check-ins, inquiries, consent forms, studio tours, delinquent accounts).
• Handle weekly/monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Conduct daily/weekly studio inspections to maintain operation standards.
