Perspire Sauna Studio seeks an Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Atlanta studio and model Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. You will motivate and support teammates while ensuring smooth operations and outstanding guest experiences.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll focus on membership sales, coaching staff, managing inventory, and maintaining facilities. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about health and wellness looking to contribute to a cutting-edge organization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Studio Manager to implement SOPs and ensure team alignment.
• Assist in training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Maintain a positive, team-first energy and promote Perspire as a great place to work.
• Serve as a liaison between the Studio Manager and staff.
• Communicate updates, new products, and protocols during manager absences.
• Lead the team in membership sales and monitor performance via metrics.
• Maintain guest engagement with hospitable, consistent service.
• Resolve guest complaints or membership issues with high-level service.
• Promote IR sauna benefits and Perspire memberships to guests.
• Explain science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy.
• Ensure front desk systems, check-ins, inquiries, forms, and tours are followed; Mindbody familiarity is a plus.
• Oversee weekly/monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Conduct daily/weekly studio inspections to ensure facility standards.
