Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Middletown is seeking an energetic, results-driven Studio Manager to lead membership growth, develop a high-performing sales team, and expand our presence in the local community.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on achieving goals, motivating others, and creating exceptional guest experiences. You’ll spend time coaching your team, driving sales, and building relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills for prospective customer engagement.
• Competitive, self-motivated personality focused on results.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership sales, conversions, and retention strategies.
• Model sales through studio tours, presentations, and closing.
• Drive outbound outreach via calls, texts, and follow-ups.
• Manage cancellations and retention conversations to minimize churn.
• Monitor sales metrics and retention trends to improve performance.
• Develop plans to hit monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.
• Set expectations and foster accountability and growth.
• Build community partnerships and local marketing efforts.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and guest engagement.
