Perspire Sauna Studio Providence Park in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Studio Manager under new ownership to build and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic wellness environment.

You will drive studio sales and membership growth, lead from the front with guests, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations and staff performance.

Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared sauna therapy to our community in a friendly, comfortable, spa like atmosphere. We're seeking a full time Studio Manager who is confident, motivated, results oriented, and excited about the opportunity to help build and lead a successful team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building and leading a winning team. Play a key role in developing a new team culture, coaching employees, setting clear expectations, and creating an environment where people are motivated to succeed.


• Driving sales and membership growth. Take ownership of studio performance, membership sales, guest retention, and achieving measurable business goals.


• Leading from the front. This is a hands on leadership position. You'll work directly with guests, support your team on the sales floor, and lead by example.


• Delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a welcoming, professional, and comfortable environment.


• Managing the details. Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, staff performance, and consistent execution of company policies and procedures.
