Perspire Sauna Studio in Champaign, IL is seeking an active Studio Manager to balance front-of-house operations with local marketing and member outreach.

You’ll lead on the studio floor, close memberships, manage turnover, and drive outreach while building a high-performing team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role emphasizes growth, accountability, and community engagement within a fast-paced wellness setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, field marketing, or customer service background with proven ability to close sales.
• Punctuality and reliability; zero tolerance for late openings.
• Open availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the studio floor; welcome guests, pitch and close memberships, and ensure rapid suite turns and immaculate studio environment.
• Drive local marketing and community outreach; build relationships with local businesses and represent Perspire in Champaign.
• Drive outbound sales and follow-up via calls, texts, and emails to prospective members.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach the MSA team; ensure reliable opening/closing procedures and inventory management.
