Resources for Human Development (RHD) – Center for Creative Works in Wynnewood, PA is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a progressive art studio dedicated to neurodivergent artists. You will supervise staff, coordinate studio programming, and ensure a safe, engaging environment that supports artists’ professional development.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in an art-related field is required or a Four-year degree in Human Services with arts experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities for coordinating program staff and artists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and programming across CCW studios.
• Supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure health and safety standards.
• Provide direct care and support to artists, including medication administration when required.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for new employees and mentor junior staff.
• Develop and maintain quarterly master schedules and adapt to program needs.
• Manage staff coverage for events, residencies, and workshops.
• Communicate staffing needs and participate in interviewing potential instructors and staff.
