You will supervise staff, manage daily schedules, and ensure safe, engaging programming that supports professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in an art-related field or Human Services with arts experience (required).
• Minimum of 1 year working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health diagnoses.
• Demonstrated respect for the artistic practices of neurodivergent artists.
• Proficient computer and internet literacy; ability to use timekeeping systems and related applications.
• Ability to complete required employment screenings and clearances.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily programming and operations across the studios.
• Supervise art instructors, inclusion specialists, and team leads.
• Develop quarterly master schedules and manage weekly adjustments.
• Provide direct care and assist with medication administration as needed.
• Support onboarding, training, and staff coverage for events and residencies.
• Promote artist development and ensure safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with program leadership to align with CCW model.
