Resources for Human Development (RHD) — Center for Creative Works (CCW) in Wynnewood, PA, seeks a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a safe, productive environment for neurodivergent artists.

The role combines hands-on studio support with administration, mentorship, and program development to expand artists’ practice and professional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in art-related field or Human Services with arts experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health diagnoses.
• ACRE certification within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to complete required program screenings and HIPAA clearances.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, productive, artist-centered studio environment aligned with CCW’s mission.
• Supervise studio staff, manage daily and long-term scheduling, oversee programming quality.
• Maintain health and safety standards and provide direct support to artists, including medication administration.
• Coordinate staffing for special events, workshops, residencies, and other programming.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and progressive discipline; mentor new staff.
• Support onboarding and training for new employees and participate in interviewing.
