Job summary

CADY is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in Horsham, PA to lead daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise staff, support sales objectives, and manage front-desk tasks, session flow, and coaching.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, reliability, and weekend availability during peak periods. Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma, pass a background check, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work weekend hours during busy season.
• Flexible, with a team player mentality; Willingness to collaborate with colleagues on ideas and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support in strategy and execution toward achieving revenue and retail goals.
• Interact with customers to contribute to an amazing experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop the studio team.
• Assist with creating the schedule and approving time cards.
• Problem solving issues that arise from staff or customers and taking action for prevention.
• Ensure the flow of traffic on the studio floor is running smoothly.
• Assist with weekly inventory.
• Ensure the studio is organized and presentable in all areas.
• Confirm opening and closing procedures daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
