Rowan Jewelry seeks a Studio Manager to lead our Bridgewater Commons location. The role focuses on creating a warm customer experience, training staff, and achieving sales and safety targets. You’ll supervise a Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure compliant operations, and drive brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a passion for jewelry. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience (3–5 years).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-obsessed with a track record in high-service environments.
• Ability to meet store targets and drive profitability.
• Comfort with technology, POS systems and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring safety and brand standards.
