Franklin & Marshall College is recruiting for a full-time Studio Manager/Instructional Sculpture Lab Technician.
The Studio Manager and Instructional Sculpture Lab Technician supports the Visual Art Department in the Winter Visual Arts Center. As a sculpture tech, this position primarily supports the sculpture program and entails partnering with faculty to deliver the department's pedagogical mission. As a studio manager, this position organizes, operates, and maintains the teaching studios and their support spaces, assists faculty and other techs in the department, and, by working closely with Facilities & Operations and other entities, generally manages building operations. This position is also responsible for supporting the department's curatorial mission by installing 4-5 planned exhibitions in the Russo Gallery.
Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks, a criminal background verification, and verification of credentials. The College will coordinate these verifications.
