• Experience recruiting and leading teams of educators and sales associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio membership expansion through outreach, tours, and community engagement.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members.
• Achieve monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Recruit, train, and inspire Educators and Sales Associates.
• Cultivate a high-energy, results-driven studio culture.
• Build partnerships and represent the brand at local events.
