Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-driven business.
• Experience leading 15+ employees with ownership of membership growth, revenue, and overall business performance.
• Experience coaching teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop studio team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Drive membership growth and retention through coaching and process improvements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and daily operations.
• Partner with instructors to create outstanding in-studio experiences.
