Job summary

b long Modern Pilates is opening a brand-new studio in West Palm Beach. We seek a Studio Manager focused on sales, membership growth, and client care, who will also teach a small number of classes to stay connected to the floor.

You’ll report to the founder and CEO, own membership growth targets, lead community-building efforts, and manage studio operations. Join a supportive team building a premium Pilates brand across Florida.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quota-carrying sales in boutique fitness or luxury retail.
• Pilates teaching experience with reformer certification; able to teach but selling is priority.
• 2+ years leading a team or location such as a studio, gym, or store.
• Fluent with studio software (Walla, Mindbody, Mariana Tek) and able to pull and read reports.
• Warm, outgoing, and unafraid of a phone call; you build relationships fast.
• Available for early mornings, some evenings, and Saturdays during launch.

Responsibilities

• Run the founding member campaign and pre-sale launch.
• Grow membership from 0 to 130 by month 6 and to 200 by month 12.
• Convert intro clients to memberships within 14 days and follow up within 24 hours.
• Respond to and nurture every new lead.
• Keep monthly membership churn under 5%.
• Build and foster a West Palm community through studio events.
• Own all sales, membership, and retention reporting.
• Maintain a spotless, on-brand studio and support front-desk coverage.
