SoulCycle's Studio in Rittenhouse Square is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily operations and support the Studio Manager. You will champion SoulCycle culture, oversee customer service, scheduling, and team development, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy experience for riders and staff.

This role requires strong hospitality, organization, and the ability to adapt to peak hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced studio environment.

• Provide in the moment support to your team to ensure rider requests are addressed.

• Develop meaningful relationships with your studio’s riders.
• Be an expert on studio procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain schedules to ensure operational tasks are completed.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset within company standards.
• Develop checklists and schedules to maintain the facility.
• Plan for projects and manage own schedule under pressure.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving ridership and retail goals.
• Ensure execution of company-wide initiatives in your studio.
