Rowan is hiring a Studio Manager for our Grand Boulevard ear piercing studio. You will lead a customer-centric team, uphold safety standards, and drive sales while delivering a joyful guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory, and achieving KPIs. This full-time role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for retail excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in retail management, preferably service oriented.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-focused with excellent service mindset.
• Track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and adapt to priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and greet customers.
• Lead and develop the studio team, ensure safety standards.
• Meet sales targets; optimize appointments and inventory flow.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Train staff and coordinate with marketing on launches.
• Prepare reports on performance and budgets; manage payroll.
