Pilates Addiction Tampa - Brandon is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead operations at our Tampa - Brandon, FL location. This role drives growth, inspires a high-performing team, and delivers an exceptional client experience in a creative studio environment.

The Studio Manager will oversee memberships, pre-sale initiatives, and daily operations, while meeting sales goals and maintaining budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in boutique studio, fitness, or membership-based environment.
• Hands-on management style with strong leadership skills.
• Experience recruiting and managing teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, POS systems, and basic business reporting.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage operational budgets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads, trial guests, and former members to convert interest into commitment through CRM.
• Prior studio Pre-Sale launch experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio’s membership expansion through strategic outreach, in-studio tours, and community engagement.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Lead, schedule, and mentor studio staff to maintain high performance and team morale.
• Manage client relationships, bookings, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Monitor and manage studio budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement studio policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Drive membership, sales, and revenue growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, equipment, and facility standards.

• Recruit, train, and inspire Pilates Educators and Sales Associates who embody the Pilates Addiction standard.
• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and consistent sales results.
• Build Pilates Addiction’s presence within the community through partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing.
• Represent the brand at local happenings, sharing the story, energy, and innovation that set Pilates Addiction apart.

Requirements:

Compensation

• Base Salary + Generous Commission Structure based on membership sales, membership retention, and revenue KPIs
