Job summary

Stretch Zone in Virginia seeks a Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, welcome members, and drive revenue through membership growth and exceptional service.

You will lead a small team, coach staff, monitor schedules and KPIs, manage daily and monthly goals, and maintain a culture of accountability and care for members.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 4–8 team members.
• Retail sales experience including cash handling and KPIs.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort and care.
• Lead by example—coach the studio team, manage the schedule, answer phones, and follow up on appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of stretching.
• Track performance metrics and KPIs, and ensure daily and monthly goals are met.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching the studio team, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements
