Stretch Zone in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You’ll welcome members, manage check-ins, and model exceptional service while coaching staff and meeting sales targets.

You will monitor KPIs, oversee schedules, and ensure the studio runs smoothly with a focus on health, wellness, and exceptional customer care. This role offers growth and participation in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and make them feel cared for.
• Lead by example by coaching up to five Sales Associates and managing schedules.
• Support the team in hitting membership sales goals and communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and monitor daily and monthly goals.
• Resolve member questions with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
