Job summary

Stretch Zone in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—with a focus on leadership and staff development.

You will coach up to 2–5 Sales Associates, manage schedules, answer phones, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals while delivering exceptional customer care and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure clean, organized, welcoming environment.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure comfort.
• Coach up to 5 Sales Associates, manage schedule, answer phones, follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating value of stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure daily/monthly goals are met.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
• You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
