Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a high-energy sales team and help members feel better, move better, and live better. You will open and maintain the studio, review daily goals with the team, coach performance, and onboard new Sales Associates to ensure a smooth start.

In this role, you’ll drive a culture of excellence through hands-on leadership, regular performance reviews, and collaboration with the management team to deliver outstanding client experiences and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for members.
• Coach and monitor team performance, providing support where needed.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead by example when the Studio Manager is off-site and maintain studio efficiency.
• Close up the studio at the end of the day and celebrate team wins.

• When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
