Job summary

Stretch Zone in Milwaukee is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the sales team and ensure members feel better, move better, and live better. You will open the studio, review daily goals with the team, coach associates, and onboard new hires to keep operations running smoothly even when the Studio Manager is off-site.

This role combines leadership, sales coaching, and customer care to drive growth and member satisfaction in a wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role preferred.
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio, review the day’s appointments and goals with the team.
• Coach teammates, monitor performance, and solve problems as needed.
• Onboard and train new Sales Associates for day-one readiness.
• Lead by example or cover for the Studio Manager when away.
• Close the studio each day and prep for tomorrow’s operations.

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members. You help review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment.
• Throughout the day, you’re the team’s go‑to resource, offering coaching when needed, checking in on performance, and jumping in to help solve problems.
• When new Sales Associates join, you help with onboarding and training, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
• Whether leading by example or stepping up when the Studio Manager is off‑site, you’re a dependable leader who keeps the studio running smoothly.
• By the end of the day, you help close up the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow.
