Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a General Manager to drive membership growth and brand awareness while leading a small team within a fast-paced studio environment.

You will focus heavily on sales and lead generation, with some responsibility for operations, CRM, and KPIs. The role requires energy, networking skill, and a passion for fitness and helping others.

Qualifications

• Have 2+ years of proven sales experience (fitness or membership sales preferred).
• Love networking, prospecting, and building client relationships.
• Are passionate about fitness, health, and helping others.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Can work independently and lead a team to hit sales goals.

Responsibilities

• 80–90% focused on sales, lead generation, and closing memberships.
• 10–20% focused on studio operations and team leadership.
• Network, prospect, and position StretchLab as the premier destination for stretching and recovery.
• Train, motivate, and lead a small team of sales reps and flexologists.
• Manage studio CRM (ClubReady), inventory, marketing activities, and KPIs.
