Job summary

StretchLab Pasadena is seeking a high-energy, sales-minded Lead Sales Associate to support the General Manager in driving member growth and booking intro classes. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required.

You will excel at sales, customer service, and communication across in-person, phone, and email, manage front desk, tours, events, and ensure a welcoming studio environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a sales‑driven environment, preferably in fitness, wellness, or health.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Ability to learn and use Club Ready software.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with lead generation, follow‑up and closing.
• Schedule and confirm Intro Sessions.
• Greet and check‑in clients at the front desk.
• Give facility tours and assess member needs.
• Maintain personal sales production targets.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book appointments to hit monthly sales quota.
• Participate in local events to promote the club.
• Keep studio clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position

The Lead Sales Associate will assist the General Manager in leading the sales activities and driving membership growth by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal‑oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one‑on‑one and group assisted stretch and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
• Minimum of 2‑3 years in a sales‑driven environment, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or health industry. Proven success in driving sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Manage the front desk to greet and check‑in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and targeting individual needs and wants
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow‑up with leads and missed intro sessions
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
• Other duties as assigned
