Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a General/Sales Manager to drive studio sales and memberships while overseeing staff and daily operations at our StretchLab Studio.

The role emphasizes 80-90% sales activity with 10-20% staff management and operations, requiring strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills to maximize revenue streams and deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness or membership sales preferred.
• Confident in generating most sales and coaching staff to sell.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking with businesses.
• Active outreach via phone, texts, emails and prospecting.
• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
• Coordinate with vendors to stock studio retail/products with accurate inventory.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates and Flexologists.
• Use CRM data for time clock and payroll reports.
• Make high level customer service decisions independently.
• Manage outstanding dues and keep studio clean and organized.
• Enforce StretchLab policies and ensure all forms and literature are stocked.
• Schedule and participate in networking events and studio promotions.
• Strategy marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

StretchLab is seeking an experienced General/Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations at our StretchLab Studio.

Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. POSITION:

The General/Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% staff management and studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
• Confident in generating the majority of sales and training/coaching staff to sell
• Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

DUTIES

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking with businesses
• Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting
• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Train & supervise Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include time clock reports, payroll reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
