Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in developing and training the Sales Team.
• Achieve performance metrics including revenue and cost controls.
• Ensure necessary staffing levels while remaining within budget.
• Host weekly staff meetings and monthly 1-on-1 meetings.

Position: Studio Manager

BODY20 is seeking a top‑tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast‑growing studios. The Studio Manager will directly oversee daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Franchisee to support studio operations and profitability
• Provide leadership by assisting with the ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieve top‑tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Attend all directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars
• Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
• Host weekly staff meetings and 1‑on‑1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly
• Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
