Studio Manager (SM) – a leadership role overseeing daily business operations, sales, profitability, staff development, brand consistency, and customer service at one of our fast‑growing studios.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with Franchisee to support studio operations and profitability.
- Lead development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches.
- Achieve performance metrics such as revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
- Attend monthly meetings and corporate webinars.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels within budget.
- Host weekly staff meetings and monthly one‑on‑one sessions with each Sales Associate and Coach.
- Plan and promote monthly special events.
- Ensure facility cleanliness, maintenance, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Experience operating revenue of $600,000 or more annually.
Compensation
$45,000 – $55,000 per year.
