Studio Manager (SM)
Overview
The Studio Manager will oversee daily business operations, sales, profitability, staff development, brand consistency, and customer service across one of our fast‑growing studios.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Franchisee to support studio operations and profitability.
- Lead and develop the Sales Team and Coaches through ongoing training and support.
- Achieve top‑tier performance metrics, including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
- Attend all directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars.
- Maintain staffing levels to meet studio demand while staying within budget.
- Host weekly staff meetings and conduct 1‑on‑1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach.
- Plan and promote special monthly events for the studio.
- Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience with proven results.
- 1–2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience.
- Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or more per year.
Compensation
$50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
