Job summary

FOX is seeking a Mail Services Clerk to join our team at the Los Angeles area facilities. You will manage daily mail runs, deliveries, and shipments across FOX properties, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.

The role requires prior mail/shipping experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with shipping platforms. A CA driver’s license and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Mail Services or Shipping and Receiving.
• Able to follow standardized operating procedures.
• Able to stand, walk and sit as required to perform all job functions.
• Able to work overtime with short notice.
• Able to manage a high volume of work by balancing priorities effectively amongst a variety of diverse tasks.
• Ability to repetitively reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and transport items.
• Valid California driver's license (without restrictions).
• Proficient operating all mailing and shipping platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service during regular mail runs and deliveries to FOX facilities.
• Receive, sort and deliver mail and packages according to time frames and service standards.
• Coordinate messenger services and deliveries.
• Answer telephone and in person inquiries.
• Perform general clerical duties including ordering supplies and filing.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports and ship freight shipments.
• Handle USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx packages and related documentation.
• Ensure shipments go out on time daily and track shipments using systems.
