Fox Factory in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Assistant to support the shipping department with clerical duties and order processing. You will designate shipment methods, verify documentation, label and package items, and assist with inventory of shipping materials. Reading and writing in English is required.

No previous experience required, but 1+ year in shipping/receiving is preferred. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and may require operating a lift

Formación

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong Excel knowledge.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work alone or with others to complete tasks.
• Able to read/write English.

Responsabilidades

• Designates method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
• Compares items against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Affixes shipping labels or uses stenciling equipment.
• Assembles containers and prepares items for shipment.
• Inserts items into containers with spacers and padding.
• Lifts and stacks crates and uses hand truck or pallet jack.
• Directs others in preparing outgoing and receiving shipments.
