The Fox Studio Lot is seeking a Mail Services Clerk to support on-site mail operations and provide outstanding customer service for mail and package delivery. You will handle daily mail runs, coordinate couriers, and process shipments with USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx, while maintaining records and performing general clerical tasks as needed.

This on-site position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at the Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles.

Formación

• Prior experience in mail services or shipping and receiving.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Team player with excellent attendance.
• Willing to work overtime on short notice.
• Proficient with mailing/shipping equipment and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service during mail runs and deliveries to Fox Studio Lot, Fox Plaza & FAB.
• Receive, sort and deliver mail and packages according to time frames and standards.
• Coordinate messenger services and deliveries.
• Answer telephone and in-person inquiries.
• Perform general clerical duties including ordering supplies and filing.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and process shipments (USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx).
• Enter recipient/sender info into shipping systems and attach postage labels.
• Ensure on-time mailings daily and maintain records of postage.
