Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a hands-on Center Leader who owns 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, Signature Group Training) and guides performers and coaches to deliver branded programs and strong club performance.

You will recruit, interview, onboard, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, build member communities, and teach four classes weekly to stay connected with offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

• Leads 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, Signature Group Training).
• Manages performance and development of coaches and staff.
• Collaborates with other club leaders to reach business goals.

Responsibilities

• Owns candidate interviews and onboarding of new hires.
• Provides performance feedback and enforces policies.
• Manages budgets, schedules, and class offerings across venues.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess offerings and respond to member feedback.
