Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Center Leader to own 2-4 in-center businesses (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, Signature Group Training) and lead the teams of performers and coaches. This role drives branded programs, club performance, and community building while aligning with brand standards.

The position is salaried, starting at $63,800 and up to $87,700 based on experience, with bonuses based on performance metrics. Includes benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification required.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification required.
• 2+ years leadership/managerial experience.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets and staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scout talent, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Provide performance feedback and development guidance to direct reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to support club goals.
• Build positive relationships with members, staff, and the broader community.
• Manage schedules for staff and for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature classes.
• Stay current on market trends and best practices.
• Manage budgets and hit participation and performance targets.
• Teach 4 classes per week to assess and adapt offerings.
