Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Club Manager to own in-center Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training offerings, lead coaches and performers, and drive club performance through branded programs and community initiatives.

You will interview candidates, onboard new hires, manage budgets and schedules, lead cross-functional teams, and teach 4 classes per week to stay connected with member feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience
• Proven track record building high-performing teams
• Budget and staff management experience
• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification required
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, interviews candidates, and manages onboarding of new hires
• Provides team with timely support and performance management, including enforcing policies and providing feedback
• Optimizes effectiveness of cross-functional teams and aligns club/company goals
• Develops positive relationships with members and staff while building communities
• Manages schedules for direct reports and class offerings across Studio/ Cycle/ Yoga/ Group Training
• Keeps up-to-date on market and industry developments
• Manages budgets and delivers on club-specific business goals
• Teaches 4 classes/week to assess and adjust offerings and gather member feedback

Education
