Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to own and operate 2-4 in-center studio offerings, including Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training. You will recruit, develop, and mentor performers and coaches, align cross-functional goals, and drive club performance.

You will supervise schedules, manage budgets, and deliver branded programs while fostering member communities and delivering top-tier experiences for members and teams.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial work.
• Proven successful collaboration with team members.
• Proven background in building high performing teams, with the ability to mentor and cultivate the career path of team members.
• Familiar with managing a budget and staff and offering schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team of direct reports with timely and clear support and performance management, including explaining policies and providing feedback.
• Optimizes cross functional teams by coordinating with club and company leaders on initiatives and goals.
• Develops positive relationships with members, team members, and direct reports to build communities.
• Optimizes and manages schedules for direct reports and for Studio, Cycle, Yoga, and Signature Group Training offerings.
• Stays up-to-date on market developments and best practices.
• Manages a budget and delivers on business goals including participation targets and schedule optimization.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess and adjust offerings and respond to member feedback.
