Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Club Leader to own 2-4 in-center businesses and lead coaches and performers in California. You will hire, develop, and manage budgets, optimize schedules, and deliver branded programs while building a strong member community and driving club performance.

This role requires coaching, strategic planning, and a track record of building high performing teams. You will teach 4 classes weekly and collaborate with cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• National Group Fitness and/or Yoga Certification.
• Fitness and Nutrition Certification.
• 2+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Proven track record in building high performing teams and mentoring staff.
• Experience managing budgets and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, conducts interviews, and assists onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely, clear performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Optimizes cross functional team effectiveness and aligns with club/company goals.
• Builds positive relationships with members and staff to foster a strong community.
• Manages schedules for direct reports and class offerings (Studio, Cycle, Yoga, Group Training).
• Keeps current on market trends and best practices.
• Manages budgets and delivers on business goals and targets.
• Teaches 4 classes/week to assess offerings and gather feedback.
