Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or managerial work.
• Proven background in building high performing teams and mentoring team members.
• Familiar with managing a budget, staff, and schedules.
• Scouts talent, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent, owns candidate interviews, and manages onboarding of new hires.
• Provides team with timely and clear support and performance feedback.
• Optimizes cross-functional teams and aligns goals across club and company initiatives.
• Develops positive relationships with members and staff, building communities.
• Manages direct reports' schedules and the club's class offerings.
• Stays up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
• Teaches 4 classes per week to assess and adapt class offerings.
